Explore your grief: Understand where you are in your grief process, your emotional experience, and how your body is responding.
Work through emotional pain: Using somatic tools such as deep breathing, mindful movement, and gentle touch (if appropriate), we will help you process and release pent- up emotions.
Cultivate self-compassion: Grief can be isolating, but through somatic therapy, we will help you develop a greater sense of self-compassion and understanding as you navigate this difficult time.
